Is this medical advice?
No. Levelog is a journal. It records what you tell it and draws illustrative estimates from that. Estimate, not medical advice. It never suggests, calculates or converts a dose, and it does not diagnose anything. Follow your prescriber, and talk to them before you change anything.
Where is my data?
On your iPhone, in the app's own local database, and in your own device backup if you keep one. There is no Levelog account and no Levelog server, so nobody here can read your journal. Export it as CSV or PDF whenever you like, or erase it with one tap in Settings.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes, and only if you turn it on. Levelog can read your weight from Health so you do not log it twice, and can write the weights you enter in Levelog back to Health. Health data never leaves the device, and you can switch the sync off in Levelog Settings or in the Health app at any time.
Which medications does it cover?
Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, and the oral forms including Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), dulaglutide (Trulicity), liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza), compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and custom peptides. Weekly shots, daily shots and daily pills are all supported. A custom compound gets no level estimate, and the app says so plainly instead of inventing one.
What happens when the trial ends?
The annual plan charges once, 7 days after you start the trial, and Levelog reminds you a day before. If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing. If you stop subscribing later, your entries stay on your iPhone and you can still export them as CSV, so nothing you logged is lost.
